Darren & Tony announce farewell to the Sunday Night Live series of shows. After ten years 2010 will see the duo produce the last shows at Her Majesty’s Theatre, Haymarket

Darren receives a nomination for ‘Best Sound’ for his work on a new Musical adaptation on Richard Roberts book Rags To Riches.

Shona Bird is appointed Principal Choreographer for Star EFX Limited and will choreograph the principals for the October 2009 production at Her Majesty’s Theatre

Really Useful Theatres and Her Majesty’s Theatre staff surprise Darren and Tony on stage with a fantastic Anniversary cake.

Lee Mead (Joseph) and Ramin Karimloo (Phantom) give up their Sunday off to come and join in the celebrations at Her Majesty’s Theatre.

Darren and Tony receive congratulations from all over the UK on reaching ten years as the number one showcase concert company in the West End.

Another sell out performance at Her Majesty’s Theatre and public comments from senior management at Really Useful Theatres endorsing the high quality of the Sunday Night Live series of shows

 

February 2008:

Darren teams up with Gillian Lynne and Peter French on the ‘I’d Like To Teach The World To Sing’ concert at Her Majesty’s Theatre. The cast includes Andrew Lloyd Webber, Elaine Paige, Jonathan Pryce, Sally Ann Howes, Edward Fox + many others.

 

January 2008:

We are now accepting applications for Principal cast members for our May production at Her Majesty’s Theatre. The performance will be staged on our 10th Anniversary weekend.

 

January 2008:

Principal cast auditions for March show are once again held at Pineapple Studios in Covent Garden, London. We received record numbers of applications for this show.

 

January 2008:

Troupe demand for 2008 & 2009 forces us to add more dates to the schedule. Interested theatre and dance schools are urged to book their place now as currently a five show waiting list!

 

December 2007:

All troupes places finalised for March 2008 show at Her Majesty’s Theatre. Box Office opens on 01502 516918 Monday to Friday 10am - 5pm

Darren and Tony have announced plans to hold auditions at Pineapple Studios in London for future principal casts. This change in venue should appeal to those travelling from further afield. For the time being rehearsals will remain at Potters Bar.

 

May 2007:

Her Majesty’s Theatre, Haymarket confirmed for 10th Anniversary weekend.

Paul Clark, Company Manager for Star EFX Productions recently appeared on stage in the Scouts 100th Anniversary Jamboree. He appeared in front of more than 40,000 people, including Prince William and the Duke of Kent. The event was also shown live on television.
